Qihe, China – October 2025 – Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming customers to visit our state-of-the-art photo album production factory, one of the largest professional album bases in China. Covering over 10,000 square meters, our factory is capable of producing up to 50,000 photo albums per day.

A Five-Floor Modern Factory Layout
Our factory is designed for efficiency, innovation, and quality control across five floors:
1st Floor – Printing & Lamination Workshop:
Equipped with three world-class digital printing lines, our facility can output up to 72,000 square meters of photos per day, ensuring high-definition printing quality and stable production capacity.
Here, UV coating machines and UV lamination machines are used to enhance surface finishing and protection, giving every photo album book a vibrant and durable appearance.
2nd Floor – Album Cover Warehouse & Sample Room:
Here you’ll find a wide variety of album cover samples, including wedding albums, baby albums, and luxury collections. We also provide custom cover design services, allowing customers to tailor materials, sizes, colors, and styles to their unique preferences.
3rd Floor – Album Block Production Workshop:
This area houses multiple fully automatic photo album making machines, where album blocks are precisely bound, pressed, and cut, ensuring consistent quality and premium craftsmanship on every page.
4th Floor – Album Assembly Workshop:
Featuring several gluing and finishing machines, this floor is where album covers are seamlessly combined with album blocks. Automated packing and shipping lines ensure fast and secure delivery of every finished photo album book.
5th Floor – Photo Frame Production & Packaging Workshop:
We also manufacture a range of photo frames, including PVC, aluminum, and leather options. These frames can be paired with photo albums to create coordinated album sets, offering customers a complete solution for display and gifting.
